Switchboard in Washington, DC is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support the operations behind our CX team. You will set up new customer accounts, guide texting registrations through 10DLC and toll-free reviews, and maintain the operational backbone for campaigns.

You’ll work with our CX, messaging vendors, and Engineering teams, reporting to Lead Customer Experience Strategists. This full-time role is based in our DC office and runs through the 2028 election cycle with potential

• Texting registrations and short code (~45%): move through carrier compliance review and track status.
• Account setup (~15%): create new customer accounts and configure for texting and email.
• Account hygiene, audits, and documentation (~40%): run audits, monitor domains, keep docs current.
