Shik Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Associate for an in-person, entry-level role in Washington, DC. Immediate start, full-time schedule, and on-site work are required.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and guide them through sign-up or purchasing processes while delivering exceptional service. You’ll represent well-known brands at retail locations and events, with full training provided.
