Job summary

Torch Dental is hiring a Customer Success Manager for its AI-enabled Revenue Cycle Management product. You will own the end-to-end customer relationship from kickoff to renewal, engaging solo practices, multi-location groups, and emerging DSOs.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Billing-Ops, and ensure HIPAA-compliant onboarding. Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in customer success or similar roles, strong communication, and the ability to build onboarding playbooks in a fast-scaling

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a customer success, account management, or implementation role.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity in a first-of-its-kind role.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain billing concepts to dental staff.
• Strong tech competency for integrating several solutions.
• Process-builder mindset: onboarding scripts, health-score frameworks, escalation paths.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new RCM customers: lead kickoff calls and guide go-live.
• Primary point of contact for RCM accounts through go-live, steady-state, and renewal.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on integration issues and pain points.
• Help build onboarding playbooks, health scores, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and billing-ops during handoff to customer-live.
• Handle HIPAA-sensitive onboarding requirements like BAAs and PMS credentials.
