Teton Toyota, part of the Teton Auto Group, is seeking a Customer Relations & Operations Coordinator to enhance the customer experience and keep dealership operations running smoothly. You will be the central hub for customer concerns, cross-department collaboration, and project coordination, while also providing administrative support and HR onboarding assistance.

A strong service mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, office administration, project coordination, recruiting support, HR support, or a related field preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relations (Approximately 45%): Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, feedback, and follow-up communications.
• Project / Operations Coordination (Approximately 35%): Coordinate special projects, dealership initiatives, and company programs.
• Administrative Support (Approximately 15%): Provide administrative support to dealership leadership and department managers.
• Human Resources Support (Approximately 5%): Assist with onboarding coordination and candidate communications.
