Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in customer service, office administration, project coordination, recruiting support, HR support, or related field preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driving license and insurable driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, feedback, and follow-up communications.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
• Coordinate customer concern resolution and follow-up activities with department managers.
• Maintain customer communication records and track commitments to completion.
• Conduct customer follow-up after vehicle purchases and service visits.
• Monitor customer satisfaction surveys, online reviews, and reputation management platforms.
• Respond to customer feedback and online reviews in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with customer retention, appreciation, and engagement programs.
• Identify customer feedback trends and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
