Job summary

Pavlov Media in Champaign, IL is seeking an Account Coordinator to grow customer trust through operational excellence and clear communications. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a superior customer experience for our MDU customers and manage records, tickets, and field orders.

The role suits organized, detail‑oriented individuals with strong scheduling, time management, and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Pavlov Media products and services.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel 0–5% including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Encourage a strong commitment to quality, brand strength, and customer success.
• Coordinate with field resources to prioritize top-priority orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Improve internal processes and customer experience.
• Own input sources such as email inbox, calls, and ticket queue.
• Maintain accurate records of tickets, field orders, and contacts.
• Develop relationships with staff and residents through site visits.
