Job summary

Pavlov Media Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for an onsite role in Champaign, IL. The position is full-time with a salary range of $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus benefits.

You will coordinate teams to deliver a superior customer experience and grow business with existing customers. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Billing, Legal, and Sales, while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Pavlov Media products and services.
• Valid driver’s license: ability to occasionally travel with overnight stays (0-5%).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Pavlov Media teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Grow business with existing customers through operational excellence and communication.
• Manage emails, calls, and ticket queue; ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with Network Operations, Field Operations, Technical Support, Billing, Legal, and Sales.
• Adapt processes to support customer retention and growth.
