Job summary

The Account Coordinator at Culture Studio in Chicago will serve as the operational project leader, executing client orders from quote through delivery. You will partner with a Key Account Manager, manage day-to-day projects, and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Art, Logistics, and Quality to keep work moving on schedule.

You’ll own quotes and order processing, verify orders, artwork, delivery dates, and project specs, handle revisions, coordinate vendor communications, and monitor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, client services, operations, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage quote creation and order processing.
• Verify purchase orders, artwork, quantities, delivery dates, and project specifications.
• Process order revisions and client change requests.
• Purchase garments and coordinate vendor communication.
• Manage production timelines and internal workflow.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication throughout production.
• Monitor project progress and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Resolve garment, production, artwork, and logistics issues.
• Ensure order accuracy and documentation integrity.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout project execution.
• Partner with assigned Key Account Managers to support strategic client objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
