You will coordinate Pavlov Media's teams to deliver a superior customer experience across departments including Network Operations, Field Operations, Tech Support, Billing, Legal, and Sales. The role emphasizes relationship-building with staff and residents, data accuracy, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in related field.
• Valid driver’s license; occasional travel (0–5%).
• Knowledge of Pavlov Media products and services.

Responsibilities

• Encourage a strong, company-wide commitment to quality and customer success.
• Coordinate with field resources to prioritize top-priority orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Own the team's input sources (email inbox, calls, ticket queue) and ensure accurate records.
• Improve internal processes and customer experience; build relationships with staff and residents.
• Balance incoming workload with team capacity to maximize utilization.
• Adapt to changing requirements and take responsibility for customer retention and growth.
