Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the order-to-cash process for Golf and PTV products.

You will act as the voice of the customer, coordinating with production, shipping, and finance to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely cash collection. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, with proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce preferred.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full product order lifecycle including order placement, production, shipment, delivery, and cash collection of Golf and PTV products.
• Serve as the voice of the customer while making decisions related to prioritization and organization of the order-to-cash process.
• Act as single point of contact and direct support for assigned territory accounts.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions that impact customer demands and the order-to-cash process.
• Provide accurate and timely information to applicable parties regarding order status.
• Manage, maintain, and organize 100 orders per month in various stages of the order-to-cash process.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service.
