Job summary

Starting wage is $21.00 per hour with increases to $21.50, $22.00, and $23.00 in Year 2–5. This full-time role averages 30+ hours weekly and includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product to planograms.
• Operate POS system and process purchases accurately.
• Assist customers with questions and provide service.
• Open additional check lanes to improve checkout efficiency.
• Maintain cleaning and safety standards in the store.
• Assist with curbside pickup and inventory procedures.
• Support management to achieve efficiency and loss goals.
