Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a Store Associate to merchandize and stock products, cashier, and maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment. You will work with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to meet availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product.
• Cashier and process customer purchases using POS.
• Clean the store and maintain standards.
• Assist with curbside pickup and timely deliveries.
• Follow merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
