Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and following customer experience principles
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and manage cash handling per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and participate in store recovery and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction goals and maintain shop safety and cleanliness
