The TJX Companies, Inc. Homesense store team member position welcomes individuals who deliver a high-quality customer experience and help maintain a clean, organized store. You will engage customers, process transactions, and support loss prevention and merchandising standards.

Cross-training across store areas may be required to support business needs. Prior retail/customer service experience is preferred, and you will work to ensure courtesy, honesty, and respect in daily interactions.

• Strong communication and organization.
• Able to multi-task in a retail environment.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.

Responsabilités

• Provide a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and answering questions.
• Ring up customer purchases and returns accurately and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain store cleanliness.
• Uphold merchandising standards and assist in stocking and recovery.
• Support store operations and participate in safety, loss prevention, and line-side tasks.
