Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Medical device or healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate educational programs across the IVS division and broader teams.
• Support consultant engagement, contracting activities, and relationships.
• Assist with industry events: trade shows, workshops, cadaver labs, symposiums.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, compliance, legal, and R&D to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Apply Medical Education and Customer Experience strategies to improve programs and adapt to customer needs.
• Define, track, and evaluate performance metrics to measure program success.
• Maintain consultant networks, SharePoint sites, dashboards, invoices, and consultant profiles.
