• Build and maintain effective relationships across sales, marketing, Medical Education, Customer Experience, and other cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong product, procedural, and competitive landscape knowledge to support business and customer engagement objectives.
• Develop and enhance educational content and programs by leveraging healthcare professional (HCP) insights, customer feedback, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Coordinate and support for Medical Education programs, including logistics, content delivery, trade show support, and exhibit management.
• Apply expertise in Medical Education and Customer Experience strategies to provide input on workstreams, adapt programs to customer needs, and drive program effectiveness.
• Define, track, and evaluate key performance metrics to measure program success and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the consultant network, including maintaining consultant relationships, SharePoint sites, dashboards, invoices, applications, and accurate consultant profile information.

• USN: $59,900 - $83,300 USD Annual
