Job summary

Five Below in Spring Ridge, PA is hiring an hourly Crew Member to wow customers and keep the store running smoothly. You will assist guests, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and help open or close the store as needed.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly, energetic attitude. Prior retail experience is a plus; willingness to work day, evening, weekends, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Lead front-end operations to meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is working and staff trained where applicable.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
• Partner with store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
• Assist with merchandising and stock recovery.
• Perform general store maintenance and safety tasks.
