Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area seeks a Store Manager to lead the Donated Goods Retail operation. You will plan, coordinate, and direct daily activities to meet organizational goals, provide leadership, and ensure compliance with standards, financial performance, productivity and accountability.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop staff, manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising, and work with senior management to optimize store performance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop store staff; manage performance.
• Direct daily store operations to meet goals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels and pricing; ensure donations flow.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and productivity against targets.
• Monitor safety, asset protection, and cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with leadership on budgeting and reporting.
• Lead visual merchandising and store presentation.
