Job description

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service and lead the team to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies.
  2. Following all front-end policies and achieving KPIs.
  3. Planning and executing in-store events.
  4. Leading omnichannel initiatives.
  5. Managing shrink and safety programs.
  6. Assisting with cash reconciliation, inventory, onboarding, training, and coaching team members.
  7. Serving as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  8. Providing excellent customer interactions and supporting truck unloading, stocking, and cross-training in custom framing.

Preferred skills include retail management experience, with physical requirements such as standing, lifting, and moving throughout the store environment. The role involves working nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled retail setting.
