Job summary

You will develop positive relationships, handle inquiries and complaints promptly, collaborate with service and management teams, monitor satisfaction metrics, and train staff on best practices to elevate the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer relations, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
