Job summary

W.W. Williams in Rialto, CA seeks a Customer Experience Supervisor to help manage a profitable service department through staffing, customer satisfaction, cost controls, and objective setting with proactive change leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating service appointments, updating customers on vehicle status, opening/closing work orders, researching recalls, and ethically selling maintenance. Strong communication and ADP Dealer System knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in heavy-duty dealership or diesel service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with setting service appointments and keep clients informed of vehicle status.
• Open and close work orders in a timely manner.
• Research recalls, services, and repair information with manufacturers' sites.
• Able to sell needed maintenance and repairs in an ethical, courteous, professional manner.
