Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members deliver WOW customer service and train crew on the BEST experience.
• Lead assigned store to meet customer service score goals from the District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards; ensure equipment is functional and staff trained.
• Handle opening/closing, store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the store manager.
• Collaborate with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery initiatives.
• Maintain stock room and store cleanliness; manage stock movement and waste.
• Adhere to flexible scheduling, including day/evening/weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel.
