Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and follow dress code.
• Assign fixed activities to front end and service desk/kiosk associates during idle periods.
• Assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs or hazards.
• Monitor security and report abnormal behavior to management.
• Secure front-end change drawer when unattended; protect assets.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation per policy and local regulations.
• Perform cashier and/or bagging functions as needed.
• Perform service desk/kiosk and bookkeeping tasks if trained.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned.
