Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions (18 years of age).
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service desk/kiosk.

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and established procedures.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and follow policy.
• Assign fixed activities to front end and service desk/kiosk associates during idle periods as outlined on sheets.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision.
• Support and comply with all company safety standards; report needed repairs and keep area free from hazards.
• Observe security standards and report abnormal behavior to manager or security.
• Secure front-end change drawer when unattended; protect assets.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per store policy and health regulations.
• Frequently perform cashier and/or bagging functions; service desk/kiosk duties; assist with bookkeeper tasks.
