This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. The position involves working in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, grocery, customer service, or front-end experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Cash-handling and problem-solving experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, refunds, exchanges, and special requests.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote a customer-first culture focused on satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support store initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
• Assist in coordinating daily front-end activities and service desk operations.
• Monitor customer traffic and deploy associates to maintain service levels.
• Ensure front-end areas remain clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Assist with opening, closing, and operational procedures as assigned.
• Support accurate cash-handling and register accountability procedures.
• Assist with till counts, cash pickups, audits, and balancing activities.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention and fraud prevention practices.
