Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, easy, flexible and friendly service while engaging customers.
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible.
• Maintain neat and clean presentation of the front end area and office procedures.
• Assist with cash handling, deposits, and front end accounting tasks.
• Operate and troubleshoot register functions and MVP/Front End kiosks as needed.
• Follow all Food Lion guidelines and dress code; report issues promptly.
• Support the Customer Service Manager and lead by example to meet service standards.
