Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store crew supervisor in Minnesota to lead daily operations and guest experiences. You will oversee staff, train associates, and ensure fast, friendly checkout while maintaining stock and merchandising standards.

The role requires at least one year in management, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail setting. The job is hourly with starting pay around the posted rate and includes standard retail benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Creative thinking under fast-paced conditions.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves full.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates and policies.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses via merchandising and service.
