• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversees Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive customer experience
• Ensures tasks are executed according to store plan and priorities
• Mentors Associates on front-end principles and training
• Promotes safety and compliance with labor laws and policies
• Supports shrink reduction goals and loyalty program promotions
• Communicates priorities and progress with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned
