Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Service Lead to guide daily operations in our Service Department and mentor peers toward delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will support scheduling, training, and ensuring department standards are met while fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.

Prior customer service experience is a plus. You will lead by example, communicate clearly, and help achieve store goals in a fast-paced retail setting.
