Job summary

At TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., you’ll lead a front-end team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, training associates on front-end procedures and loyalty programs. You’ll support store operations, manage POS coverage, and uphold store standards while fostering teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and execution.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store; ensures prompt, courteous service.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers and coordinates POS coverage; manages breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive environment.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities; communicates progress to management.
