Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to help deliver a fast, friendly checkout and organized sales floor. You’ll lead by example, support front-end operations, and work with store leadership to keep service levels high.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to adjust priorities in a busy environment. Base pay starts at $14.73 per hour, with benefits for eligible associates including medical coverage and an associate

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred, especially off-price or big box environments.
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping customers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate associates during shifts.
• High attention to detail and maintenance of operational accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Support and coordinate daily front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shifts, adjusting priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, etc.).
• Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure workload tasks, recovery, and merchandising standards are completed.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as assigned.
• Support proper scheduling of breaks and front-end coverage.
• Troubleshoot routine register or transaction issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and address service or execution opportunities.
• Assist with merchandise flow and maintain organization in stock and support areas.
• Reinforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
