Qualifications

• Previous cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and answer questions about products and store policies.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Handle various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
• Apply promotional codes and discounts accurately, and inform customers about ongoing sales and special offers.
• Bag items properly and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and change orders and cash office paperwork.
• Coach and train cashiers on standard operating procedures for the department.
