Job summary

Phillips Edison & Company is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to support the Cincinnati team in Spring 2027. You will assist with sales compliance, train users on Neighbors, and input data into MRI while learning the DashComm workflow.

You’ll gain exposure to commercial real estate operations, tenant communications, and lease-related processes in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and able to work full-time in Cincinnati, OH.
• Enjoys creative problem solving and demonstrates patience in teaching new processes.
• Shows strong organizational skills and is an agile thinker and doer.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Experience team in achieving sales compliance goals.
• Facilitate training and user adoption of the Neighbors sales module.
• Enter monthly sales figures into MRI and support DashComm data flows.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the Tenant Improvement Allowance process.
