Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Parts Specialist to support technicians and customers by triaging parts requests, generating revenue from parts sales, and guiding orders through the lifecycle.

The role involves monitoring the ticket queue, verifying material availability, collaborating with procurement, and delivering friendly, proactive service while maintaining accuracy in inventory and orders. The position requires physical capability and forklift experience; MS Excel and SAP experience are typical.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant parts inventory, replenishment or equivalent experience.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Strong customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Basic math skills (counting inventory by case qty).
• Forklift operation capability; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the parts request ticketing queue to support technicians with actions and updates.
• Provide customer service for inside sales, walk-in customers and process incoming orders.
• Collaborate with technicians and procurement to ensure timely material replenishment.
• Check availability of material across LiftOne materials network.
• Create and modify sales/service orders to meet customer requirements (material, quantity, urgency, location).
• Assist customers in finding the correct parts and process sales transactions with a positive experience.
• Drive outbound sales calls to increase parts sales.
• Review material accuracy based on manuals and vendor information.
• Communicate order updates to ensure changing requirements are executed.
• Provide reserve support to other LiftOne parts/warehouse functions as required.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to inquiries and issues.
