Adornus, a leading cabinetry brand, invites applicants to join the Customer Experience / Inside Sales team in Cranbury, NJ. This full-time role supports dealers, designers, contractors, and builders with orders, pricing, and delivery coordination.

Ideal candidates excel in customer service, communication, and multitasking, with a detail-oriented approach and problem-solving mindset. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Experience in cabinetry, kitchen and bath, construction, building materials, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming cabinet orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to dealer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries.
• Work closely with customers to resolve issues and provide timely solutions.
• Support sales representatives and dealer partners with project-related questions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
