Job summary

Euro Hardware and Baths is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our Doral showroom full-time. You will respond quickly to inbound leads, make outbound calls, understand each customer’s project, and recommend products.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or business development.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes (inbound/outbound).
• Strong follow-up, organization and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented.
• Proficient with CRM, pipelines, spreadsheets, and office software.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at Doral location.

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound leads by phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the Doral showroom.
• Prepare quotes and follow up consistently with customers.
• Maintain accurate information in the sales pipeline and CRM.
• Record status, value, probability, next action, and closing dates.
• Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and monthly sales forecasts.
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, designers, architects, and other professionals.
• Collaborate with showroom, warehouse, and management teams.
• Meet individual sales, calling, follow-up, and appointment targets.
