Role Description

The Cabinetry Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Deerfield Beach, FL. This position is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and designing cabinetry, providing product information, and preparing accurate quotes and sales orders. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and guiding walk-in and appointment-based clients, presenting product features and benefits, and answering emails from customers. The role also involves coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment and following up with customers on project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to identify client needs, build rapport, and close sales.
• Conversational proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese not required, but is a plus.
• Willingness to learn product specifications and installation considerations.
• Proficiency with computers and common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, 2020 design software, and accounting tools) for quoting, order entry, and record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional writing for emails and proposals.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail when handling measurements, pricing, and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in a showroom/warehouse environment.
• Prior experience in retail sales, wholesale distribution, or construction-related sales is preferred but not required, especially in cabinetry or home improvement.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training or coursework in design, construction, or business is a plus.
