Weis Markets in Baltimore is seeking a Customer Experience Attendant to greet customers, assist with groceries, and help keep the store clean and safe. You will support cashiers, manage carts, and ensure a welcoming, efficient shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a cheerful demeanor as they enter the store and assist as needed.
• Retrieve shopping carts from premises and bring them to the front for customer use.
• Assist customers by loading groceries into their vehicles when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in parking lot, vestibule, front-end and rest areas; empty trash and replace bags.
• Support cashiers by bagging groceries and handling intercom pages; sweep, mop and cleanup as required.
• Operate cleaning equipment if trained; maintain equipment in good condition; report repairs.
