Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Attendant to greet customers, answer questions, and help deliver quality service as they enter and leave the store. You will retrieve carts, assist customers by loading groceries, keep the parking lot and front areas clean, support cashiers with bagging, perform general cleaning, monitor safety, and inform management of repairs or supply needs.

Education: high school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver friendly customer service.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• No prior experience required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and thank them as they leave.
• Retrieve and return shopping carts to the cart area and front porch.
• Assist customers by loading groceries into vehicles when needed.
• Keep the parking lot, vestibule and front-end clean and free of debris.
• Assist with bagging groceries and support cashiers as required.
• Perform cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, restroom upkeep) and restock supplies.
• Maintain safety by noting hazards and reporting needed repairs or supplies to management.
