Responsibilities include answering questions, preparing rental documents, processing returns, and maintaining a neat counter environment. Salary starts at $18 per hour; must be eligible to work in the United States and reside in Hobbs, NM or relocate within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of prior customer service retail or administrative experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Must live in Hobbs, NM area or plan to relocate within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance based on needs by brand.
• Identify customers by name and verify rental reservations.
• Assist in rental and return processes to ensure smooth service.
• Resolve issues to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Provide directions and local information as needed.
• Prepare rental documents accurately and completely.
• Answer telephone in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Maintain neat, organized rental counters and customer areas.
