Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage front-end operations in retail.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all day-to-day functions for the Front-end department.
• Implement best practices, goals and Front-end standards for the department.
• Schedule front-end associates to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist in preparing department budget, P&L reviews and action on financial reports.
• Train department associates on inventory/stocking and safety procedures.
