Job summary

Dollar Tree in Sandy, Utah is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, assist customers, and cross-train for front-end duties. You will work on merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment while handling cash and ensuring safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets.
• Contribute to store security and asset protection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
