Job summary

Family Dollar is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to join our Houston-area store team. You will assist with daily operations, help customers, handle transactions, and support front-end duties as needed.

The role requires a friendly, proactive attitude and the ability to maintain a clean, safe shopping environment. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register, serve customers, and help with merchandising and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
