Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, educate them on performance apparel, and authentically share our community and culture.

As a foundation of our success, Educators create welcoming environments, support store operations, and collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional guest service and a luxury store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (as applicable).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest experience with accurate, timely transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues.
