Job summary

Glossier is seeking an Editor to join our store team to elevate the customer journey from arrival to purchase and beyond. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver engaging product experiences, host in-store events, and mentor new teammates with the Selling Ceremony mindset.

As a Front-of-House contributor, you’ll master product knowledge, demonstrate applications, and build lasting client relationships while supporting inventory, visuals, and store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating memorable experiences through personal interactions.
• Collaborator by nature, thrives in fast-paced retail/hospitality environments.
• Positive, willing to learn, and adaptable in busy stores.
• Willing to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with POS or inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and during events.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team on inventory, packaging, and customer flow.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards across front and back of house.
• Drive sales through hospitality-minded interactions and product knowledge.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
