Job summary

Glossier in Washington, DC seeks an Editor to ensure a customer-focused experience across product engagement, presentation, packaging, and care. You will collaborate with the store team to deliver cohesive service at every touchpoint—from in-store visits to online order pickups and returns.

You will train across store operations and lead demonstrations, with a hospitality mindset, contributing to events, trainings, and continuous customer relationship building.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable customer experiences through product engagement and care.
• Lead demonstrations and routine building with customers.
• Collaborate with store leadership on events and activations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and safety in front and back of house.
• Assist with coverage across store operations.
• Uphold Glossier brand standards and presentation guidelines.
• Provide hospitality during in-store events and master classes.
• Build relationships with customers through proactive outreach.
• Support new hires with onboarding and cross-training.
• Protect confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
