Job summary

Glossier, Inc. is seeking an Editor to enrich customer experiences across in-store and online touchpoints. You will collaborate with the store team to ensure cohesive service, product knowledge, and brand presentation from checkout to post-purchase interactions.

You will champion Glossier’s values by delivering hospitality-driven service, running demonstrations, and supporting events and routines that drive customer delight while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering memorable customer experiences in fast-paced retail or hospitality settings.
• Ability to coach and collaborate with store leadership.
• Comfort with product demonstrations, events, and guest engagement.
• Strong communication and teamwork across cross-functional store teams.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Embed Glossier’s customer experience principles from front to back of house.
• Lead inclusive and interactive product engagements and demonstrations.
• Build relationships with new and repeat customers through clienteling.
• Monitor feedback and report insights to store leadership.
• Support inventory management and visual merchandising tasks.
