99 Ranch Market in Irvine, CA is seeking a Customer Experience & E-Commerce Coordinator to support both in-store and online customers and help create an engaging shopping experience. This role covers customer service, e-commerce order support, social media engagement, and light store marketing activities.

You will work with the Store Manager and team, promote loyalty signups, and share customer feedback to improve store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of marketing and social media outreach experience preferred.
• Comfortable on camera and confident creating social media content.
• Familiar with WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Instagram, TikTok.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a must.
• Creative, proactive, and full of ideas.
• Strong communication and team collaboration mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in-store and online.
• Support e-commerce order fulfillment and customer pickup.
• Respond to e-commerce inquiries and resolve basic order issues.
• Support store social media channels (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok).
• Create simple product content featuring promotions and store highlights.
• Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and customer engagement.
• Assist with promotional displays and store marketing activities.
• Share customer feedback and product trends with store management.
• Support Store Manager and store team with general operations.
