99 Ranch Market is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to support product listings, monitor inventory, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience. You will work closely with warehouse and marketing teams, manage data across platforms, and help optimize presentation and pricing.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business or marketing and experience with eCommerce tools; bilingual English-Mandarin is a plus. Location is Buena Park, CA; full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and product management systems preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
• Familiarity with Asian grocery products, cultural preferences, and market trends a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the eCommerce and warehouse teams by managing activities tied to product listings, inventory oversight, and the upkeep of the online storefront.
• Ensure the accurate maintenance and consistent updating of product details across multiple eCommerce platforms.
• Regularly track inventory levels and collaborate with relevant team members to process purchase orders.
• Contribute to identifying and implementing enhancements to product presentation to elevate the customer shopping experience.
• Coordinate with vendors to guarantee timely receipt of goods and accurate product specifications.
• Engage with cross-functional departments to drive eCommerce initiatives effectively.
• Conduct periodic reviews of product listings to ensure brand standards and error-free content.
• Handle inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners with professionalism and timeliness.
• Interpret sales data and customer feedback to refine product offerings and inform inventory strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
