99 Ranch Market in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Customer Experience & E-Commerce Coordinator to support both in-store and online customers. This role combines customer service, e-commerce order support, social media engagement, and basic store marketing activities.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English & Chinese), comfortable on camera, with experience in marketing or social media, and enjoys interacting with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of marketing and social media outreach experience preferred.
• Comfortable on camera and creating social media content.
• Outgoing, energetic, natural people person.
• Familiar with WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok.
• Creative, proactive and full of ideas.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual English & Chinese required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly in-store and online customer service.
• Assist with e-commerce orders including picking and packing.
• Respond to e-commerce inquiries and resolve order issues.
• Support store social media channels (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok).
• Create simple product/promotions content and store highlights.
• Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and customer engagement.
• Assist with promotional displays and store marketing activities.
• Share customer feedback with store management.
